Cookie Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-03
This policy explains how airlyft.shop uses cookies and similar technologies, in line with Article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunicatiewet (implementing Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive) and the GDPR.
Strictly necessary cookies
Some cookies are strictly necessary to provide the service you request — for example keeping your shopping cart, the checkout session and basic security. These are exempt from the consent requirement and cannot be switched off.
Analytics, advertising and tracking
Analytics, advertising and tracking technologies — including any Meta or analytics pixels — are not strictly necessary and are placed only with your prior, freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous consent, obtained through our cookie banner before they are set. You can refuse as easily as you can accept.
Embedded videos (YouTube)
Our site shows YouTube videos from independent creators using a click-to-play preview: no connection to YouTube is made and no YouTube cookies are set until you actively press play. When you do, the video loads through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and Google/YouTube may then process data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. Pressing play counts as your consent for that embed to load.
Managing your choices
You can change or withdraw your cookie preferences at any time via the cookie settings on the site and through your browser. Withdrawing consent does not affect cookies already placed lawfully before withdrawal.
Relationship to the GDPR
Where data set or read through cookies is also personal data, the GDPR applies alongside the cookie rules; the consent obtained here serves as the basis under both. See our Privacy Policy for the rest.
